  • Our Mission

    Our mission: to take care of the flock and to win people to Christ. One acronym best expresses our main focus: WIFE
    W = Worship God in all we do;
    I = Instruction; share the Word of God with others;
    F = Fellowship, an integral part of our mission;
    E = Evangelism, or expression of our faith

  • Mission Programs

    Through our mission programs, we express our faith, share the Word of God, often with those who have never heard it, worship God and share fellowship with people from different cultures. In addition to international mission trips to Haiti, Cuba, Jakarta and other locations, we have an active local/national mission program. Read "more."

    On February 15th, The Island Chapel held Valentine's WIth a Purpose - a dinner auction to help fund the mission programs supported by The Island Chapel. The event was a success, netting more than $6,600 - due to the generosity of folks who donated goods and services for the auction. Select "more" to view the names of these donors:
